Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, perfumes, makeup or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases other than these categories our specialist team will consider things before returning. .

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error may qualify for a partial refund. Upon inspection, our team reserves the right to reject a refund if the item is deemed fully damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Customer provides return shipping

Sale items price would be same the one customer paid on offer. T&C's apply.

For globally shipped items, refund requests made during the delivery process will be reviewed, Once an item is in transit, cancellations cannot be processed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mumzar.com to process the exchange process.

Shipping Returns

To return your product,

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Pricing Error Policy

At Mumzar, we aim to display accurate and fair prices at all times. However, pricing errors may occasionally occur due to system or human mistakes. In such cases, we reserve the right to take the following actions:

1. Underpriced Items

If a product is mistakenly listed at a lower price than intended, we reserve the right to:

  • Correct the price and inform you of the updated amount.

  • Offer the option to pay the price difference and proceed with the order.

  • Cancel the order and issue a full refund if the updated price is not acceptable.

2. Overpriced Items

If a product is mistakenly listed at a higher price than intended:

  • We will notify you of the pricing correction.

  • You may request a refund of the overcharged amount, or

  • Cancel the order and receive a full refund.

3. Invoice Adjustment

Where applicable, Mumzar may issue a revised invoice reflecting the correct price. This applies to both undercharges and overcharges.

4. Right to Cancel

Mumzar reserves the right to cancel any order affected by a pricing error. Any payments made will be fully refunded.

 

Refund Policy for Installments

Commission Deductions:

  • The commission fees will be deducted from the total refund amount when processing refunds for items purchased through installment plans. (if any)
