California Gold Nutrition Vitamin B12 Liquid is a convenient and fast-absorbing formula designed to support energy metabolism, brain function, and overall wellness. This balanced B-complex blend combines Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), Vitamin B6, and folic acid in a delicious raspberry lemon–flavored liquid for easy daily use.
Vitamin B12 plays a key role in red blood cell formation, neurological health, and DNA synthesis, while Vitamin B6 supports enzyme activity and nutrient metabolism. Folic acid contributes to healthy cell growth and amino acid metabolism. Together, these essential B vitamins help convert food into energy and support overall vitality.
