HEMOGLOBIN FORMATION since Iron is essential in formation of normal red blood cells and hemoglobin. Hemoglobin in red blood cells carries oxygen from lungs to tissues. Lack of iron leads to low hemoglobin and can cause anemia, which causes tiredness and fatigue, fast heart beat, pale face, shortness of breath and dizziness
